Bulk Dried fruits: buyer questions

What does "no added sugar" mean for dried fruit?

It means no sugar or juice infusion during drying. Cranberries and blueberries are normally infused because the fresh fruit is too tart; most other dried fruit is naturally “no added sugar”. We label each lot clearly so your pack copy is accurate.

Can you meet a specific pesticide residue standard?

Yes. Tell us the destination market or your customer’s standard (for example EU MRLs or a retailer list) and we will supply against it with a residue screen on the lot.
