View specificationsExtra virgin olive oil is mechanically extracted, has a free acidity of no more than 0.8%, and passes a sensory panel with no defects. Virgin allows up to 2.0% and minor sensory faults. Refined olive oil has been treated to remove defects and is usually sold as “olive oil” once blended with a portion of virgin. Olive pomace oil is extracted from the residual paste with solvents and then refined.
Free acidity, peroxide value, K232 and K270 UV absorbance, and for extra virgin the sensory panel result. For shipments crossing several months, ask about the harvest date and how the oil has been stored — temperature and headspace gas make a measurable difference to how the oil ages.
IBCs of about 1,000 litres suit buyers taking one or two per shipment. Flexitank carries roughly 22,000 litres in a 20-foot container and is the lowest cost per litre for a full load, but commits you to the whole volume at one grade. New steel drums are used where the destination market or your customer requires them.

Yes. Multi-origin blends are common for hitting a target price and flavour profile. The certificate of origin will reflect the blend; tell us if your market requires single origin.
Flexitanks and IBCs are filled with minimal headspace and, on request, blanketed with nitrogen. We record the harvest date and can share storage temperature history so you can judge shelf life on arrival.
Our focus is bulk supply for you to bottle. For finished retail bottling we can refer you to a co-packer, but the wholesale relationship stays with Fovarya.
