Overview
Date powder is dried date paste milled to a free-flowing powder, used as a dry natural sweetener in bakery premixes, energy bars, cereals and beverage powders. It is supplied with a small addition of an anti-caking carrier (for example maltodextrin or rice starch) unless you need it carrier-free.
