Overview
Prickly pear juice is pressed from the fruit of the Opuntia cactus. It has a mild, melon-like flavour and a strong natural colour (pink to gold by variety), which makes it useful as both a juice base and a colour contributor. Supplied not-from-concentrate for NFC claims or as concentrate for freight economy.
