A wholesale supplier of dates, olive oil and natural food ingredients, sourced at origin and shipped to specification.
Fovarya is a wholesale supplier of food ingredients from the date, olive and fruit-growing regions of the Mediterranean and Middle East. We buy at origin, hold product to an agreed specification, and ship it to importers, manufacturers and distributors with the export documentation prepared.
Most of our customers work with us to bring several ingredient lines under one supplier: dates and date syrup for a bakery programme, olive oil for a bottling line, dried tomatoes and peppers for a sauce plant. Consolidating reduces the number of contracts, shipments and quality systems a buyer has to manage.
What we do
We agree a specification in writing, send a sample, book production against it, check the goods before dispatch, and issue a certificate of analysis with each shipment. Where a market needs a phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin or health certificate, we arrange it.
What we do not do
We do not sell finished retail products, and we do not claim certifications or origins we cannot document. If something is not available for your volume or timing, we say so before you order.
How a Fovarya order runs

Enquiry
You send the product, destination market and volume. We reply with pricing, packaging options, incoterms and lead time.

Specification & sample
We agree grade, packaging and analytical limits in writing and send a sample for approval.

Production
The lot is booked against the approved spec. Grading, metal detection and analytical checks are carried out.

Documentation
Certificate of analysis, certificate of origin and any phytosanitary or health certificates are prepared.

Shipment
Goods are palletised, the container is loaded and sealed, and you receive the documents and tracking.

Common questions
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product. Some lines can be supplied by the pallet; others are practical only by full container load. The category pages give the packaging options and we confirm the minimum when we quote.
Which incoterms do you work on?
Commonly EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF. We will quote the terms that suit your freight setup and destination.
Can you supply against our customer's specification?
Yes. Send the specification or standard — a retailer list, an EU MRL requirement, a religious certification — and we will confirm whether we can meet it and supply the supporting documents.
