View specificationsStart from the application. Whole and pitted dates suit retail packing and food service. Diced dates, usually dusted with rice flour or oat fibre, are made for dough and batter systems where a defined piece size matters. Date paste replaces part of the sugar and fat in fillings, bars and biscuits. Date syrup is a pourable sweetener at roughly 70–75° Brix used in cereals, sauces, dairy and beverages.
For whole fruit, confirm variety, calibre (grams per date or count per kilo), moisture, and whether the fruit is naturally soft or rehydrated. For paste and syrup, the useful numbers are Brix or moisture, pH, and whether the product is pure fruit or blended. Ask for the pit-fragment tolerance if you run metal or optical detection.
Whole dates ship in 5 kg or 10 kg cartons, or 1 kg consumer packs to your artwork. Paste is supplied in 20–28 kg cases (block or bag-in-box) and syrup in 25 kg jerricans, 300 kg IBCs or flexitank for full loads.

Date paste is the whole fruit milled to a thick, spreadable mass and is used as a bulk ingredient in fillings, bars and bakery. Date syrup is the soluble sugars extracted and concentrated to a pourable liquid, used where you need a sweetener rather than a fruit component.
